A student led initiative to protect, strengthen and celebrate the power of breath, to build stronger lungs so the life energy flows freely, as does life.

In Sanskrit, Prana means “life force” — the subtle energy that flows through every breath we take. Prana is that energy flow that impacts each one of us, that ensures every breathe we take brings flow of vitality, positivity and abundance.
Initiated by a student, and guided by leading pulmonologists on our panel, we work with schools and underserved communities to build awareness about lung health, teach simple breathing practices, and inspire action to prevent respiratory illnesses. By sharing knowledge, tools, and hope, we aim to create a world of healthier, happier lives — one breath at a time.

Mission
Our mission is simple yet powerful:
To educate, empower and enable young people — especially in underserved communities — to protect their lungs, prevent respiratory illnesses, and champion cleaner air for all. It is a student-led movement dedicated to teaching children and communities how to protect, strengthen, and celebrate the power of breath — because when air flows freely, so does life. Through engaging school workshops, interactive learning tools, and community outreach, we aim to make lung health knowledge as accessible as the air we breathe.
